TAKE THE FIRST STEP
WE WILL DO THE REST

Welcome to our website dedicated to researching stress urinary incontinence (SUI) among female lifters! It’s a condition when urine leaks out unintentionally during physical activity, like lifting weights. Some may refer to it as bladder leakage, dribbling urine, or just urinary incontinence.

Why should you investigate this topic, you might ask? Well, it’s because it’s something that frequently happens to female weightlifters. However, just because it’s “common” doesn’t mean it’s normal. Many lifters tend to dismiss embarrassing incidents of urine leakage, attributing them to various factors that may or may not be connected to lifting weights. Unfortunately, these explanations often come from sources that lack the rigorous foundation of scientific research.

We invite you to join our research study aimed at understanding the challenges of stress urinary incontinence (SUI) faced by women active in strength training. Your valuable participation will not only help advance scientific knowledge but also empower countless women to achieve their athletic goals without limitations.

Find out more about our research project and how you can participate.

We envision a world where female athletes can train and compete without worrying about SUI and we strive to provide valuable insights to help female athletes manage and prevent SUI through research. As a female strength athlete, you are already breaking barriers and pushing boundaries.

Our ultimate goal is to promote the overall health and performance of female athletes in strength sports. Join us and help make a difference!
